Introduction of new products and ensure the development of the company on a continual basis.
Managing the day to day functions of the company, preparing payrolls, salary distribution, stock review etc.
Prepare various management reports with regards to Sales forecasting, Demand and performance of the company on a timely basis.
Recording Bills, Payments, Journals, Receipts, Purchase Invoices in Tally. ERP9
Checking the Documents as per the Instructions of the Buyer with the Transmittal letter.
Notifying the Buyer about the Discrepancies.
Verify and Release the transaction for notification of discrepancies to the customer.
Prepare and analyze various reports related to daily volumes, Monthly reports and Customer Queries.
Making payments on the due dates, of upto 500, 000usd.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Team Leader / VP.
Assist the Team Leader / Senior in determining and organizing appropriate employee trainings and major decision making.
