Deliver hands-on leadership and architectural creative guidance on a wide and diverse range of projects, encompassing initial assessment, sketches, concept alternatives design, leading a skilled team of architects to develop and prepare the preliminary drawings in coordination with other engineering disciplines. Improve team performance through being part of and an effective member of that team not just a leader, and deliver architectural guidance in a professional and understandable manner. Attending project meetings with clients, consultants or any related parties.
Actively involved in all aspects of design, from initial assessment, and defining project scope and deliverables in collaboration with project manager and team, concept phase including research conducting to further developing the detailed drawings in accordance with building materials and systems, sustainability techniques, and authority requirements. Acquired additional architectural skills by actively participating in projects with various types and scales. Improved understanding in detailing and coordinating between all disciplines by problem resolving, directing the production of construction documents (Drawings, BOQs, and specifications), and preparing authority submittals.
Played a significant role by working on all key stages of design, preparing working drawings, and supervised to ensure compliance with design intent, on several residential, educational and industrial projects.
