Significant experience in leading large Construction/fit out/design projects with execution of procurement activities associated with resourcing and materials necessary, quality & service optimizations, value improvement for delivering program on time and within project budget. Established advanced procurement techniques in Pre tendering and Post tendering stages, with focus on activities that drive improved KPI, in areas of quality, material availability, inventory, investment and pricing. Have effective leadership experience in coordinating and mentoring procurement team, maximizing their efficiency by encouraging a supportive and collaborative work environment. Managing regular meetings with main suppliers to establish and improve long term, trusting relationships. Proven skills in negotiating of large cross-regional and worldwide deals across a variety of categories, with strong influencing and persuasive talents and business judgment to identify risks and communicate potential impact.
Implement Procurement strategy and policies. Forecast procurement needs. Develop and review purchase requests and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of new products. Plan, direct or coordinate the activities of buyers, purchasing officers and related workers involved in purchasing materials, products and services.
Develop and implement procurement process and strategies in the fit out operations. Select local and abroad suppliers, based on price, delivery time and quality of products or services. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments. Analyze market, prices and getting the best deals and services for the company.
Manage project development and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Prepare progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentation. Coach, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors.
Source, evaluate and select local suppliers, subcontractor and from abroad based on price, delivery time and quality of product or services. Review quotation and negotiate offer with suppliers. Prepare and issue purchase orders. Follow up suppliers till goods are delivered and executed.
Planning, organizing, testing and finalizing business project according to deadlines and within the budget. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Delegate tasks to sales team, effectively communication with the team. Develop and deliver a marketing plan and presentations.
Identify and prepare import program. Review reports, prices and purchasing contracts. Coordinate with marketing department in a lot of trade shows and promotions. Actively involved in product presentation to VIP buyers in cooperation with the business development department. Source local suppliers, subcontractors and from abroad. Coordinate with accounting for payment processing. Establish customer network and maintain good relationship.
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer supplier power. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries. Manage overall direction, coordination and evaluation of purchasing for the facility.
