* Efficiently organize daily production activities to adhere to the monthly plan.
* Implement the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for distributing production orders among various departments.
* Ensure timely initiation and completion of each product within established deadlines.
* Optimize material and time utilization throughout the production process.
* Conduct thorough testing of new materials, industrialization processes, and output variations for tires of different sizes.
* Collaborate with the maintenance department to schedule calibrations for tire curing presses.
Plan and organize the installation process of tire curing molds.
* Generate targeted production reports for upcoming months, detailing output expectations for various tire sizes.
* Maintain and manage inventories, including the organization of Kanban cards for streamlined production.
* Compile monthly production reports, analyzing data to formulate actionable plans in coordination with managerst.
* Final year project: Dimensioning & Design of a 4-axis miniature CNC machine. * Final dissertation: Simulation of the influence of cutting conditions on cutting forces during milling operations & The difference between analytical and simulation results. * Reverse engineering of an electric “BMS” plug using a 3D scanner and CAD software (Solidworks). * Design study of an automated sliding door.
