Responsible in charge for the follow-up plant trouble shooting, sponsorship the new engineers and research and diagnosis technical problems.
In charge day to day to calculate and log production loses and gave help for studies and additional equipments to the new engineers.
In charge to ensure the precommissioning and start-up of the LNG units as shift supervisor with Pullman Kellogg and APCI team. On the third unit start-up, I was Sonatrach process supervisor on job to trainee and operate with the new technicians.
Responsible for the control, the coordination and direct the correctives actions of the process to maintain the design parameters and the products specifications on spec, direct and give directives in the event of trouble -shooting and emergencies cases.
In charge to manage Process/Utility and Of-site area activities including planning, organizing, integrating and monitoring of resources such as labour, tools and technical assistants as required completing the work scope according to contractual requirements. Develop and continuously optimises resources.
Responsible to manage the multidisciplinary exploitation teams for ensure the monitoring, the control of the process variations and the design products specification, the start-up and the shut-down of the installations, direct the Emergency shut-down and the troubles shoot cases.
Cette formation est donnée aux techniciens ayant une expérience de +15 ans afin d’acquérir des notions théoriques et pratiques supplémentaire leur permettant d'identifier et de gérer des problèmes spécifiques limités à l'Ingénierie de Procédés au sein de la Sonatrach. Le diplôme d'Ingénieur d'Exploitation est obtenu à la fin de deux ans et demi. Les axes de cette formation sont : • Acquisition des notions fondamentales. • Capacité à la réflexion, dans la recherche et dans l'analyse de documents techniques. Les modules suivants sont étudiés: • Mathématiques - Mécanique- Mécanique des fluides - Thermodynamique • Distillation - technologie de liquéfaction - Transfert thermique • Instrumentation - Électricité - Contrôle et règlementation • Introduction à ingénierie du pétrole et du gaz • Les procédés de Raffinage - les procédés de Pétrochimie - Statistique et modélisation.
