Leading Production, Quality Control, and Product Development Activities for Baby Diapers and Absorbent Hygiene Products.
- Leading Quality Control activities for the full product cycle (RM Inspection, Process Control, Finished Product Performance, and Lab Testing)
- Production Planning and Raw Material consumption.

Installation and commissioning of the biological water treatment plant.
-Assembly and commissioning of de-inking and waste paper recycling station.
-handling industrial process control systems equipped with a man-machine interface for supervision and a digital communication network, especially DCS.ABB (ABB Distributed Control Systems) and DCS.Siemens
-Ensure good practice in the paper production process. Ensure the correct approach of the water treatment station and their physio-chemical and bacteriological analyses.
-Coordinate between the different manufacturing processes & departments.
-Participate in the evaluation of products in development.
-Testing and validation of new chemicals used to improve the water treatment & de-inking station process.
-Physio-chemical analysis of finished products (recycled paper pulp, tissue paper, etc.) in collaboration with the quality control department.
-Manage and update all technical documents and specifications relating to the finished and semi-finished product.
-Ensure effective interaction with different departments (supply chain, quality, marketing, sales, etc.).
Barely participate and generate new savings ideas to improve growth.
Participation in internal projects (Inventory stock and platform ...)
Preparation of technical documents for the station, namely analysis instructions, frequency of analysis during start-up, Interpretation of results, proposals for corrective solutions, and planning.
