Project Manager - Electrical responsible for Project Execution of Solar rooftop Power Projects,
Review of Site Drawings and ensure that it is line with required sequence of Civil & Electrical site works and the over project time schedule.
Site co-ordination to all the engineering activities on the project, and to report engineering progress & status regularly to the Directors.
Responsible for technical evaluation of sub-Contractor proposals, & R.A Bills review / validation.
Responsible for governmental approvals and permits are obtained with the respective departments, clients and contractors.
Responsible for Entire Project Planning, Erection, Testing & commissioning.
Responsible for solar Rooftop and ground mounting power plant construction and commissioning
Responsible for Construction of Zone 3 B - 300 MW out of 1177 MW Solar power plant.
Project Monitoring and Control:
•Ensure participation of design team for incorporating any design changes needed in due course of execution of the project
•Ensure all government approvals and permits are obtained with the respective departments, clients and contractors.
•Monitoring regular Site work progress with reports towards meeting the project deliverables.
•Keeping the project focus in line with detailed project plans.
•Providing overall direction and support to the project team.
•Monitoring Procurement team towards meeting the project deliverables
•Categorizing customer requirements and designing the products as per the requirements.
•Attending site meetings
Project Execution” in Electrical Department and responsible for Project Execution of 900 MW Wind Power Plants, which involves areas as listed below
•Review of Design Documentation, Drawings and ensure that it is line with required sequence of Civil & Electrical site works and the over project time schedule.
•Site co-ordination to all the engineering activities on the project, and to report engineering progress & status regularly to the Directors.
•Responsible for technical evaluation of Contractor proposals and review / validation.
•Responsible for governmental approvals and permits are obtained with the respective departments, clients and contractors.
•Responsible for Entire Project Erection, Testing & commissioning.
•Planning of Man Power, Work Sequences and Activities
•Evaluating the Quantity of materials utilized and confirming with Drawings.
•Responsible for Timely completion of projects in line with scheduled milestones.
Electrical Department and responsible for Project execution, Costing, PMC turnkey Electrical for Solar Power Plants, HV and EHV substation, Transmission Line projects at voltages levels from 33kV to 400kV etc. which involves areas as listed below
•Review of Design Documentation, Drawings and ensure that it is line with required sequence of civil site works and the over project time schedule.
•Site co-ordination to all the engineering activities on the project, and to report engineering progress & status regularly to the Directors.
•Responsible for technical evaluation of Contractor proposals and review / validation.
•Responsible for governmental approvals and permits are obtained with the respective departments, clients and contractors.
•Responsible for Entire Project Erection, Testing & commissioning.
•Planning of Man Power, Work Sequences and Activities
•Evaluating the Quantity of materials utilized and confirming with Drawings
•Responsible for Contractor Bills & Verification.
•Responsible for Prepare expenditure /funding requests for engineering & execution.
•Responsible for Maintaining Quality & HSE Standards for all works.
•Responsible for Timely completion of projects in line with scheduled milestones.
Projects Executed:
•Handled various projects of reputed clients like IBPIL, PUNALUR PAPERMILLS, APTRANSCO, GREENKO, and SURANA, CIRUS etc. for Switch yards and Power Plants.
•Recently completed 33KV System Testing & Commissioning project for international Client
Responsible for Tender submission to Transformer Enquiry’s for Power projects up to 400kV etc.
•Preparation & submission of Techno-Commercial offer to Enquiry / Tender requirements
•Attaining Pre-Bid Meeting/ Tender Opening Meetings/Negotiation Meeting.
•Site coordination for Erection Testing & commissioning of transformers.
•Checking of As-built drawings to be submitted to client.
•Responsible to manage and co-ordinate all the Erection & commissioning activities on the project and to report service progress & status regularly to the Service Manager.
•Responsible to manage and co-ordinate Transformers Annual Maintenance.
Guarantee Act Scheme is a central government program. The project is to provide a sophisticated way of capture and managing MG-NREGS program activities effectively. The scheme activities which are for the welfare of the rural people who are the residents of the rural areas aims to improve the financial protection by legal Guaranteeing of 100 days of wage employment in a financial year to every rural household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work at the minimum wage rate notified for agricultural laborer prescribed in the State or else an unemployment allowance. The objective of the Act is to supplement wage employment opportunities in rural areas and in the process also build up durable assets.
Worked as “District Resource Person” for Prakasam District which involves areas as below: -
•Implementation & Maintenance of Mobile Software for attendance & spot inspection.
•Conducting training & mock inspection sessions to Govt. Officials from Joint
