Assume all roles of the higher level assistant manager position. Ensure all end of day finances are balanced out and all items inventoried as per company policies. Handle vast amounts of money and ensure proper exchange and delivery to/from banking locations. Ensure all employees are properly trained and knowledgeable of all company policies. Achieve monthly quotas for sales of beverages, food, sales points and increase rewards card holders for repeat customers.
Load conventional and non conventional munitions on F-16 aircraft. Utilize 50/50 and SST checks to find and trouble shoot issues suspected in weapons systems. Ensure 100% safety and reliability requirements are followed during both low and high pressure work environments. Properly record all records of maintenance work completed on F-16 aircraft in both paper forms as well as IMDS. Have knowledge of all munitions and inspect for defects prior to beginning loading operations. Perform operational checks. Install uninstall and clean F-16 gun system. Assist in performing post load checks. Remain qualified monthly for Jammer operation permit and authorizations required to load all munitions.
Provide world class customer service to all patrons. train all new employees so that operations run smoothly even during high employee turnover time periods. Handle minor issues involving customer satisfaction. Prepare all food in a timely sanitary and professional manner.
