I was the founder and General manager of PROMAX Ltd a disc brake pads and friction materials manufacturer in Tunisia. I setup this project from the building to the purchase of the machines, the formulations and i have setup the layout, i produced the moulds, i have done the product certification, i managed the administrative sales and financial departments and finally i succeed to setup a working team composed by qualified persons working under the most severe quality system.
I was the founder and General manager of General Acier Ltd a moulds and punching tools facility. We produce also greenhouses for agriculture. I setup this project from the building to the purchase of the machines and then i have setup the layout. Finally i succeed to setup a working team composed by qualified persons working under the most severe quality system.
I was lecturer and head of the civil engineering department at the Military School of Engineering of Tunisia. I teached courses of Strength of Materials, Mechanics of Solids, Finite Elements, Fuid Mechanics, Continuous Medias Mechanics, In the same time I had an important administrative work for the courses planification, the lecturers recruiting, the students evaluation and the visitors reception.
During a one year period, as a research enginer, i worked with the software that i developped in my PhD, based on NSCD (Non Smooth Contact Dynamics) I modeled the behaviour of damage and failure in a 3d granular flow.
I teached courses of Strength of Materials, Mechanics of Solids, Finite Elements, Fuid Mechanics, Continuous Medias Mechanics,
I worked about the modeling of the disolved hydrogen diffusion in the radioactive wastes containers.
I have done my PhD work about the modeling of the contact and the friction behaviour in a granular material media. The approach of the modeling was mixed finite elements and discrete elements. I have developed a 3d modeling software for modeling the contact between the different media grains.
