Responsibility
•Doing of preventive and break down maintenance handle electrical cum mechanical as (A) Stretch film machine SML in Austria Co-extrusion line and five layers.
(B) Blown film machine
Performing the function of troubleshooting predictive/ break down / monthly preventive/ machine check list /annual preventive turn -around maintenance for reducing machinery down time to minimum.
•Under taking cost reduction and process improvement initiatives for enhancing overall plant efficiency.
•Handling sourcing through identification cost effective vendors / suppliers for procurement with aim of reducing cost while improving quality & reliability.
•Developed imported spare parts from local purchase market in the machine related.
Independently handling the complete preventive maintenance in the factory, related electrical and mechanical jobs.
•Regularly carrying out preventive maintenance of Amada CNC machine, RG100 PLC controlled bending machine, Chemical foaming machine, Vacuum forming machine, Godrej cut to length and other related machineries.
•Planning and procurement of spare parts related to respective machines.
•Fault finding & rectification various type powder coating plant electrical and mechanical equipment PLC troubleshooting reciprocator, Unigas burner and other related.
Knowledge of Plastic injection molding machine CLF types of product as plastic chair, washing machine cover. Honda two wheeler plastic body, plastic pallets, Samsung, LG, Sony TV cover related.
• I worked here crane lift, Elgi compressor, DG operating manual system,
•Fault finding and rectification in electrical, pneumatic, plastic injection molding machine,
Doing work of Single and 3phase Electric Motor & illumination light, LT Panel MCCB, MCB &motor, contactor, Relay, Timer and other application.
