(Countries handled GCC, India, Pakistan, China, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Brazil and Africa.) Preparing the documents for the export of goods which includes but not limited to Performa Invoice

• Responsible for the entire planning process, including procurement, accounting, manufacturing, inventory control, distribution and logistics. Responsible for making sure that each step of the process is being performed effectively so as to rule out lost sales opportunity and costly delays:
• Overall in-charge of the Logistics Administration & Operations activities of the entire company.
• Implementing dynamic route allocation combined with pre-calculated shipping volumes to optimize truck fleet
• Totally responsible for the new region headquarters construction at Dubai and completed the project successfully in time.
• Ware house Logistic Consulting and material handling equipment planning for M/s. Walls and Floors, Jebel Ali, Dubai. Handled entire logistic planning and execution of the project.
• Ware house material handling equipment planning for EMKE Group Logistic Centre in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain
• Attended Training in Germany:
o WMS/AS400 - General warehouse process and key user training three weeks in EPS headquarters in Germany.
o Logistic Planning and Consulting two weeks in EPS headquarters in Germany.

Responsibilities
Overall in-charge of the Administration, Logistics & Finance activities of the entire company.
Planning, effective sourcing of the materials, Negotiating, order processing and follow-up.
Establishing L/C's, continuous liaison with the banks and monitoring the movement of goods.
Assessing the credibility and ability of the local and International suppliers and standardizing the system accordingly.
Planning, analyzing and closely monitoring WMS for the stock profile and meticulously maintaining the optimum level.
Coordinating import and export of materials including preparation of shipping documents, negotiation with shipping companies in relation to pricing, insurance and timing.
Managing the available/ allocated financial resources, Accounting and also the Payroll System.
ERP system used Tally and Oracle Finance in Windows environment.
Credit Control, Debt recovery and effective maintenance of the Customer & Vendor relations.

• Completely in-charge of day-to-day administrative works of the entire company including confidential files maintenance.
• Co-ordination with all the four Branches, four Divisions and Sales Team.
• Preparing daily reports on branch activities (Consumer Product Division, Retail Division, Commodities Division & Gift and Novelties Division).
• Order processing and follow-up and bank liaison.

Coordinating with suppliers and forwarding agents for order processing, shipping negotiation, follow-up, clearance, warehouse distribution, costing and shipping claims.
