• Work with Project Controls personnel to understand and produce short Interval Schedule (SIS) and 3 weeks look ahead schedule of future activities that will complete the project on time. Accurately report work progress with regard to scheduled completion and milestone dates
• Close interaction with other discipline members to resolve installation issues during installation phase.
• Identify and manage interface points of overlapping subcontracts
• • Responsible for the civil and structural scope to ensure the Contractor and sub-contractors perform the work to agreed scope of work, specifications and schedules all to an acceptable standard.
• Supervise the contractor and sub-contractor personnel to ensure contractor performs all work to agreed standards for safety, health and environment and to attaining high levels of HSE performance
• Ensure assigned scope of work is carried out without any significant HSE incidents
• Ensure the work is carried out in time and in accordance with scope of work, specification and quality requirement
• Responsible for construction civil and structural activities through the contractors supervision in respect of HSE, method, working practices, quality and timely execution of the works

• Oversea the EPC contractor’s production of the civil/structural and infrastructure deliverables with in project budget & schedule. Reports activities, progress, areas of concern, attend weekly progress meeting with contractor & subcontractors, participate in appropriate weekly staff meetings.
• Review and advise acceptability and effectiveness of contractors Construction equipment and personnel to meet contract requirement
• Advise and/or instruct contractors on the required safety procedures/measures applicable to the work site
• Ensure all Punch List items are closed prior to handover of construction works
• Maintain strong links with project personnel to ensure proper technical support is provided

• Prepare 4 weekly programs in conjunction with the section foreman, coordinated with overall site program and ensure necessary resources available with sub agent / agent.
• Communicate with foremen and gangers to ensure full understanding of information provided.
• Advise site engineers on setting out methods and techniques.
• Ensure that the drawings and specification documents contain sufficient, accurate information for construction of the works. Formally request any missing information in sufficient time to allow the program to proceed without delay.
• Complete inspection and test plans as required by the PMP/Specification, including checks of dimension accuracy and quality.
• Keep a full and accurate daily site diary, including any changes/variations, subcontractors attendance, and records of work related discussions with client/designer/RE/project team.
• Ensure reasonable survey book standards and daily diaries are maintained by surveyors.
• Ensure that inspection and test plans are completed as required by the PMP / Specification, including a check of dimension accuracy and quality.
• Provides construction management and engineering technical input and support to the Project Manager in administering the construction contract, including review and processing of submittals, monthly pay requests, pay estimates, Field Design Change (FCN) and change orders).
• Supervise and guide Construction Support Group (Supervisors, Foremen and Technicians) with technical expertise for implementation of in-house plant modifications according to approved drawings and industry standard construction techniques and methods.
• Provide input and to co-ordinate civil activities throughout the various construction phases until handover of wells and facilities to operations.
• Monitors material procurement and deliveries to ensure timeliness in support of construction activities and schedule within the assigned discipline.
• Monitor progress and performance of the construction sub-contractors to ensure that they perform to the approved schedule, specifications and standards in own discipline.
