- Managed and executes construction operations related to all royal projects and sub-facilities of His Highness’ family in areas of Dubai, Fujairah and Abu Dhabi. Duties includes overall construction managements, leading engineers, subcontractors & supervisors for site executions and providing updates to the director, conducts pre-construction and routine site meetings, preparing site memos & official instructions, prepare high level budget proposals, prepare logistic and construction programs, prepares cash flow/manpower and materials schedules, establishment of construction methodologies, monitoring quality and safety issues, ensure compliance in contract specifications and conditions in line with client & consultant’s requirements, preparing regular project reports with its critical issues and ensuring completion & delivery of the projects including snagging & final inspection up to official handover and acceptance of the client.
Communicates, assess and administer client’s request pertaining to all reactive & preventive maintenance, space management and upgrading issues of its premises.
- Conducts routine inspections to all facilities and its environment and promotes methodology and action plans in attending various concerns pertaining to preventive and operational issues that affects the business and its labor sustainability.
- Prepares monthly executive report including anticipated budget and cash flows
- Conduct site inspections for the proposed new structure/infrastructure and changes, and prepare value engineered methodology, quantifications and specifications prior to formalizing commercial and contractual documents for package subcontract procedures.
