• To demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external guests.
•Welcome guests in a warm polite manner greeting them by their names.
•Provide guests with information related to treatments, products and maintain service knowledge of these products.
•Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones.
•Perform all spa treatments as per the company standards.
•Attend all training courses deemed necessary by the Spa manager, conduct evaluations and facilitates trainings of therapists.
•Coordinate training / onboarding of new colleagues.
•Handle and resolve staff inquiries and concerns.
•To assist in regular inventory counts and audits.
•To cover reception as and when required.
•Ensure all cleaning and sterilizing procedures are in place and executed by all team members.
•Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by the management.
