production wells with sandscreen completions in highly depleted reservoir requiring gas lift at the Statfjord field in the North Sea.

Hired as consultant at operator Equinor as offshore drilling supervisor on night shift, accountable for overseeing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting the operation's performance including HSE. Plans, directs and provides general supervision over the MPD drilling activities, including reviewing and approving drilling operations procedures. Instrumental in implementing Integrated Operations focusing on the cross-discipline cooperation between reservoir management, drilling, production optimization, operation and maintenance, logistics and HSE.
