 Work directly with the perfumers and evaluators to coordinate with fragrances selection providing and assisting the sales team on their projects.
 Identify best fragrances from around group and show them to sales team
 Maintain libraries both physical and intranet along with the library ensure our library contains best fragrances.
 Evaluate CPL presentations from other divisions and information and show relevant ones to sales team.
 Assure all projects are answered on time with best fragrances
 Coordinates with perfumers on presenting their creation during the project meeting.
 Evaluates consumer market products with the Perfumers and Evaluators
 Daily discussion and evaluation with the evaluation team pertaining to the reports that has to be finalized and to come up on our decision on selecting the best fragrances
 Understand consumer habits & attitudes and apply them on fragrance performance and liking
 Manage the fragrance selection and identify new winning fragrances for incoming briefs and ensure the timeline and budget requirements are met.
 To come up with ideas on what are the market trends through marketing research.
 Raised a projects in PPD for stability and performance test.
 Conducting panels as per the protocol requested by the customer or required for a project.
 Develop and organize library meeting. Prepares agenda and correspondence. Prepares venue providing all the facilities and materials to be well presented and organized.
 Ordering of oils through the DFL machine and C1 machine in UK main office and ensure that the product will arrive on time.
