Manage design and construction of sensitive secure facilities for United Nations.
Coordinated and supervised all programme and project management services provided to the United Nations by the Hill Team of 9 consultants conducting the planning, design, construction, and testing and commissioning of the renovation activities required to upgrade the 80 year old facilities making up the Palais des Nations, to bring the facilities into compliance with current codes, standards, and technology. The project includes the design and construction of a new 20, 000 square meter office building and complete renovation of 200, 000 square meters of office, conference, and retail facilities.
Establish project controls policies, procedures, and processes and assure corporate compliance. Develop and implement corporate services support to projects including human resources, health and safety, quality assurance policies, processes, and procedures. Develop proposals and pricing structures for new projects. Provide consulting services in the areas of planning, performance measurement, contract management, and change control to clients.
Establish project planning and controls policies, processes, and procedures. Assure compliance with corporate policies and procedures across all construction projects for all clients. Perform independent analysis of project performance and provide routine reports to CEO and Board of Directors concerning progress and estimate at completion for use in determining profit and loss.
Provide consulting services for planning and performance measurement, as well as achieving substantial completion and completing testing and commissioning for handover. Develop plans, schedules, and testing procedures and coordinate testing and commissioning activities for all disciplines.
Coordinate planning for overall program to build and operate nuclear power plants in the UAE, as well as provide oversight and performance measurement of engineering and construction activities by South Korean contractor.
Manage all aspects of controls for 23 development projects sponsored by Qatar government in 15 countries, including planning and scheduling, cost estimating, contract administration, performance measurement, change control, and document control. Coordinate efforts of 27 direct report staff members from 17 nationalities to maintain project control and provide executive management reports on all projects.
