Green Climate Fund

The Green Climate Fund (GCF) is the financial mechanism of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The Fund serve as an enabler of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, channelling significant financial resources to developing countries to make an ambitious contribution to global climate action.
Delivers high-quality and timely professional support to supervisors and managers at Headquarters and 15 Country Offices related to the recruitment and selection, and advancement activities of national and international staff on open-ended and fixed-term contracts;
Ensures effective and efficient administration of recruitment activities in compliance with quality service standards such as job profiling, sourcing, placing cost-effective advertisements, resume review, candidate screening, and contract management;
Arranges all activities for interviews (interview program, interview questions with anchors, facilitates pre-interview planning to the search panel);
Prepares and conducts job offer to successful candidates and responds to queries about the terms and conditions of appointment. Makes sure that offer has been studied based on internal equity. Orients new hires on pre-employment requirements;
Generates monthly recruitment report (time to fill, candidate pipeline, cost per hire).
ACHIEVEMENT: Led the replacement of IRRI’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Zoho Recruit. I was assigned by the HR Operations Manager to handle the project. I sourced and coordinated demos of different ATS providers. After identifying the new ATS provider (Lumesse Talentlink), I facilitated the project planning together with the provider's representative for the configuration of the system suited to our recruitment process. I maintained development logs and documented all issues identified during configuration and testing. The project started October 2013 and we launched IRRI's new Applicant Tracking System last 24 April 2014.
In-charge of sourcing, coaching and endorsement of applicants to BPO clients (Convergys, 24/7, Teleperformance, etc.);
Develop and maintain network of clients in acquiring new accounts and expand candidate source;
Source, interview, profile and process candidates for clients and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure quality candidates are hired;
Prepares monthly recruitment report and update applicant database;
ACHIEVEMENT: Placed 118 applicants to five different BPO clients on the first six months of employment. Surpassed individual goal by 22% .
