• Preparation, review and presentation of periodical Financial MIS Reports
• Review Sales and GP & provide Variance Analysis Reports to the management
• Periodical review of financial records such as Receivable Ageing, Account payables and general ledger
• Preparation of Balance sheet, profit and loss and Cash Flow report for Management review
• Ensure funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
• Ensuring appropriate control in Cash & Fund management and report in case of abnormality in same
• Performing Bank Account Reconciliations and reconciliation of Intercompany Accounts.
• Monitor and report all revenue generating areas on a regular basis
• Analyse and review of Business Development Agreements (BDA’s) of Vendors and calculation of rebates, shelf rental, listing fee etc.
• Performing month end and year end accounting procedures to ensure proper security, maintenance and up to date records of all financial transaction and Information.
• Recording classifying and summarizing financial transaction and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards and practices
• Preparation and timely filing of VAT Returns
• Preparation of Statement of Accounts and Settlement to partners in Dissolution of Partnership
