• Overall responsibility of Interface Management for the delivery of Special Airport Systems at the $15.5bn New Doha International Airport Project including, but not limited to, over 15, 000 security system devices (Access Control and CCTV), the Local Area Network (LAN) deployed into 120 separate facilities, Airport Operating Systems, site wide cable infrastructure and managed building systems.
• Validating overall special systems scope compliance, technically and contractually, throughout the entire airport construction site, by studying third party readiness, evaluating design documents, pre-requisites and requirements whilst at all times demonstrating strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Coupling knowledge of construction processes and the technical requirements of systems delivery, performing work site studies, observing situations affecting programme performance or deficiency then preparing and delivering reports of these observations and findings for all parties. Preparation of progress reports and other documentation with the emphasis on high level or detailed reporting according to audience requirements.
• Appointed as the Project Management Office (PMO) Head and made responsible for the establishment of the PMO during the most challenging phase of project rollout thus demonstrating further versatility and resilience. Key successes included improving the internal design, construction, budget tracking, expense, risk planning and performance management processes. Major contributor to the establishment of the change control processes and contributor and reviewer of project schedules for adequacy with respect to delivery milestones, level of detail, WBS, logic, duration and resources.
• Foreseeing project risks, offering real-time mitigation strategies and reporting high risk matters to senior management, PMCM (The Engineer) and the client.
• Construction management including the organisation of site equipment, materials and staff deployment, mobilisation and demobilisation of contract and permanent personnel to and from the project.
• Planning, tracking and the reporting of multi-disciplined work packages ensuring integration between systems where and when necessary through design, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Being commercially astute, ensuring scope compliance, contributing to contract claims and change orders.

• Conducting system design surveys on site, multi skilled visits, site inspections during build, snagging and handover meetings and operating with a real hands on approach to delivery.
