1.Quality control
• Constant checking and reporting of ceramic production quality.
• Liaise with team leader in quality control checking.
• proper house keeping.
2. Edging machine operator
• Overall maintenance and troubleshooting of the edging machine
• Motor adjustments and positioning of parts properly.
• Making adjustments required to ensure compliance with quality standards.
.Energy management including use of energy efficient lamps, power factor management and energy saving practices.
.Maintenance of overhead cranes, tube mills, air compressors, grinders, pumps, threading machines, AC and DC motors, Gearbox maintenance, Hot dip galvanizing process, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, AC generators.
.Electrical installations and basic electrical layout of the plant, types of electrical wiring systems and accessories and electrical tools and instruments.
.Practice housekeeping and safe working procedures.
