Managed multinational teams of maintenance, logistics, ESH (Environmental, Safety & Health), preservation, supply chain personnel and operations of seven warehouses containing 1, 700 pieces of military equipment for long term storage. Coordinating with the military and upper management for quick response and turn around should any piece be required for military operations, servicing, or general use.
Organized the daily operations of multinational teams performing maintenance, hazardous materials storage & disposal, tool room, and supply coordination activities. Assisting the Operation Manager's daily information flow by preparing data and statistics from the maintenance center supervisors, assigning personnel tasks/missions, coordinating job training schedules, and reviewing expense reports for items required for operations.
Organized with military personnel and company representatives for the distribution of specialized military equipment to personnel throughout the world. Handling the shipment, pre & post distribution maintenance schedules, warranty information, logistics/support and new parts supply chain allocation.
Ensured that all products being utilized met all quality assurance specifications, daily use and distribution records were correct, prepared reports for the information flow of on-hand accountability, and ordered/purchased all items required or being requested.
Diagnosed, repaired, and verified the working function of hydraulic, electronic, diesel turbine engine, ballistic, and fire control systems of specialized military equipment for use by the United States Army.
Specialized training for the advancement of under water skills utilized in recreational diving in the development towards professional diving certifications.
Extensive training for the repair, diagnosis, and sustainment maintenance of hydraulic, electronic, ballistic, thermal imaging, and diesel engine systems pertaining to specialized military equipment.
