• Ensure that the standards required by the catering manager & head waiter in the day to day running of the operation are met and exceeded.
• Ensure that Supreme SOP’s are performed.
• Coordinate with supervisors on wastage control measures.
• Check that all dining hall equipments are in working order and inform any malfunctioning to the Head Waiter immediately.
• Ensure adequate operating knowledge of various dining hall equipment.
• Cooperate with superiors for receiving training for upgrading know-how and skills.
• Perform any other task assigned by the superior within the scope of the job.
• Use all mechanical equipment safely and correctly shown by the trainer.
• Adhere to the QHSE rules and regulations of the client.
After completion of High School, i attained a certificate from the Kenya National Examination body.
