• Perform preventive maintenance on telecommunication devices to prolong the health and to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Installation of servers, telecom equipments, structured cabling, copper and fiber patching.
• Troubleshooting of network faults and replaced the part if necessary.
• Provide twenty four seven support to back office engineers in case of critical outages or planned activities.
• Participate in planning and implementation of telecom system modifications, expansion, and installation.
• Supervise sub contractors and vendors during migration or new installation. Report SNAGS to be rectified during acceptance.
• RMA faulty parts and keep track of records of incoming and outgoing materials from warehouse.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve network fault on du fixed services.
• Accept, update, and resolved trouble tickets in HP Service Management tool.
• Escalate and assign trouble tickets to other teams and follow up to update the customer from time to time.
• Send field technician in customer premises and coordinate to them to resolve the physical fault within the given SLA time.
• Organize team member’s rotation and schedule.
• Respond to emergency calls during outages and planned activities.
• Handle twenty to thirty technicians.
• Site inspection and prepare quotations for the projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to collect orders.
• Prepare site access and all related documents needed for the project.
• Supervise field staff and assist them to complete the work on time.
• Maintain daily staff time sheet, absentee and movement records.
• Do quality audit and site visits to resolve urgent escalations.

• Siemens Abu Dhabi - Structured cabling installation of 300 points for voice and data. Installation of racks, patch panels, and servers, termination and testing.
• Du Telecom IPTV migration project - Migrated approximately 7, 900 STB customers to the new Du TV platform.
• The Sentinel Towers (JAFZA) - Installed the security cameras and door access control systems on the entire building.
• Deira City Center CCTV and WIFI Access - Installed 750 cameras including its cabling infrastructure and WIFI network.
