Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services
•Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
•Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers

Oversee the whole shipping process
•Set shipping Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) Plan and implement overall shipping strategy
•Use shipping software to organize and prioritize shipping activities
•Prepare and present KPI reports
•Suggest solutions for process optimization
•Inspect labels and barcodes
•Supervise and oversee shipping team members
•Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders (such as warehouse workers, vendors, purchasing managers, suppliers etc.)
•Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
•Create and present reports for upper management

As employee working with United Nations, I assist in Refugees repatriation from Ghana back to Liberia and this job has given me enough experience by working with my colleagues as team in the field.
Duties:
•Registering and Counting all Refugees old/new arrivals in Budumburam Camp, Ghana
•Distribute Material and Compiling of Data and Perform Other Duties as Assigned
•Checking their documents, preparing and process them for repatriation
•Taking them through Customs and Immigration process at the Airport
