• Responsible for ensurance for Quality in process.
• Responsible for Quality Control on P.D.I.
• Provide training to non-skilled operators to control Wastage.
• Analysis line problems and take limit corrective and preventive action.
Current Major Achievements
• Decrease wastage in various trends on shop floor so PPM going very low with respect to schedueld targat.
• Knowledge of Operating, short corrections & tooling setting for CNC lathe &V M/c centres with SEIMENS & FANUC Control.
