• Handling Departments & Sections hiring of multi discipline positions White Collar and Blue Collar from
Junior (Grade 1) to Senior Management level (Grade16).
• Receiving the Job Requisition Approval Form from Manpower Planning Section to initial the hiring
process.
• Tracked key dates and deadlines and maintained specific personnel lists.
• Managing Job posting on internal job portal Workday and external job Portals such as Naukri
gulf.com, Bayt, Oil & Gas Job Search, Bayt, LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proposing pre-screened and qualified candidates to the Hiring Managers within agreed time frames.
• Managed end to end recruitment cycle encompassing job posting, headhunting, cold calling, initial
screening, conducting interviews, offer negotiation and on-boarding procedures. Arranging face to
face interviews, telephonic interviews, video conference interviews through Skype for Business/
Microsoft Teams as per the availability of the hiring managers and the candidate.
• Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate travel logistics, interview assessments, recruit
reimbursements, and answer inquiries regarding payments.
• Upon selection of qualified candidate arranging travel itineraries of international recruits, entry visa,
transportation and hotel accommodation in coordination with Administration Department.
• Conducting mandatory internal Security Clearance and Background Check includes Credit Check,
Criminal Check, Educational check, Reference Checks, Conflict of Interest on selected candidate.
• Developed, implemented and administered short- and long-term recruitment strategies in coordination
with Directors and Hiring Managers.
• Collaborated with line managers in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical
roles, core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents. Prepared
effective succession plans, develop internal / external talent pools.
• Prepare Recruitment Status Report to be submitted to the Recruitment Manager on a weekly and
monthly basis. Working as a focal point of contact between Recruitment Manager / Leads and the
Recruitment Agencies.

Orientation for employees who are travelling from India .
• Reviewing Invoices from Consultant in regards to Services provided by them for any Resource
provided or Visa Fees or any other.

account updates.
