• Rolling out statistical forecast for 2 business divisions (Hawaii/Flite).
• Moderation of forecast with sales on the basis of trend, seasonality & market dynamics.
• Creating monthly & weekly demand plan based on sales forecast, inventory and agreed stock norms.
• Measure & publish forecast accuracy. Analyze forecast error to improve forecast
accuracy
• Maintaining a minimum level of stock at CDC & RDC level.
• Maintaining “A” class sku’s at all CDC & RDC.
• Periodically review finished goods inventory with targeted AOP
