• Correspondence with other airline management in case or revenue discrepancy
• Highlighting revenue issues to higher management and arrange for meetings and discussions.
• Keep track of all revenue disputes from other airlines by maintaining accurate records
• Reservation and ticketing, hotel booking, visa services and car rental services for corporate clients.
• Use operations management skills, such as establishing work plans and objectives
• Plan, organize, direct and control the operations of travel-related organizations to maximize sales.
• Develop promotions and products for sale.
• Direct the activities of staff, overseeing not only the day-to-day tasks, but the hiring, training and evaluating of staff members as well.
• Research new products and destinations.
• Attend travel trade shows and financial conferences to generate more clients.
• Use sales and marketing skills, such as determining potential markets.
• Leverage or generate partner relationships with airlines to maximize marketing revenue through co-operative efforts.
• Prepare monthly reports stating client business report, services handled and accounting of payments received and collection.
• To work in various areas at the airport -Promote sales for Jet Privilege and build more customers.
• Maintain credit card confidentiality of the customer and avoid discrepancies of credit card amounts.
• Avoid no-shows of customers by making a reminder call.
• Planning of hotel / car bookings in case of emergencies at airport.
• Reservation and Ticketing, etc.
