• Answered multi-line telephone under the company standard and route call to appropriate person and take
messages when necessary.
• Responsible to update the MD’s diary, visitors, and hospitality, liaise Legal counsel with Heads up meeting minutes.
• Implemented strategies and organized cases by establishing and organizing files, monitoring calendars, meeting
deadlines documenting actions, inputting information into file dept. database, case management software.
• Updates of court cases depositions hearing to Legal counsel and assigned Lawyer and verifying outstanding
balances with clients, legal assistance, and providers.
• General administrative support, review and liaise HR and Admin Manager to raise MR on AX Dynamics on daily
transactions such as air tickets, visa, demobilization/mobilization, and stationery supplies.
• Prepare standard agreements based on existing templates such as contract Addendum, NDA, Consultancy Agt.
with specifically required information.
• Document management - preparation reports, correspondence, coordination of documents for MD’s signature and filings.
• To ensure the electronic filing and structured documentations as well hard copy filings of all legal current matters.
• Maintain and update trackers renewal of legal and office deadlines approaching under the guidance of management and
legal counsel.
• Ensure the corporate documents of shareholders, original copies of project contracts, court cases, consultancy
documentations are in safe, completely intact in electronic files.
• Provide administrative support/ coordination services to other teams when requested, assist to register the company
for tenders / suppliers.
• Maintained supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies,
placing, and expediting orders, verifying receipts.
