*To provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of clients by advising and assisting them for service charge collection and attending to client complaints with regards to their service charges and building concerns.

Downloading documents of load confirmed items / pallets for BOE processing and sending Email to shipping team to process Bill of Entry.
Downloading Documents of Dispatched pallets and attached and send as PRE-ALERT to warehouse Destination.
Printing Carton packing list, ASN stickers, and pallet Stickers to be put and paste on the picked cartons and pallets.
Creating Excel file for the picked items that is palletized by store wise or mixed store and send to Super users for load confirmation.
Updating trackers on a daily basis.
Updating daily work operation report of each of the staffs for HR purposes.
Arranging shipments by coordinating to shipping and fleet department for dispatching pallets that is already ready for collection.
Coordinating to team leader, supervisor, and managers regarding the shift hand over, issues facing by the team and staffs queries.
Sending Emails to Management team regarding the total amount of picks that is picked and palletized by the staffs for BOE processing.
Using Manhattan ILS or integrated Logistics solution system to work in multiple reports we’re using to run the business accordingly.
Using Microsoft outlook for conveying information to management team.
Handling Telefloras product or the flowers. Calls a florist to do the senders choice of flower. Maintaining a minimun target levels of sales, productivity and performance.Contribute to the team environment by assisting fellow employees and participating constructively in team meetings.
