Formulate strategies to attain the daily routine analysis.
Analyze Gold, Nickel, & Tin solution using titration method and AAS.
Prepare Chemical Inventory and monthly report.
Verify the accuracy of analysis result based in standard work instruction.
Monitors progress and ensure achievement of target results. Analyze and provides correction, counter-measure for target deviations and/or formulate alternative plans.
Conduct trouble shooting when there is abnormality encountered or unresolved issues.
Prepare chemical consumption reports for each machine for cost accounting related reports which will be submitted to accounting section.
Trains new staff on the routines and specific functions accordingly and reports to the supervisor the performance results improvements of the new staff for proper assessment.
Conduct experiment before line application.
Perform other task assigned by my immediate superior.
