Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supports Restaurant Operations focused on Costumer Services. Up-selling meets target of the day.
• Buffet In-charge, setting the Buffet on particular time of schedule; Dinner, breakfast and lunch buffet. Follow ups such as Food Item tags and cutleries.
• Manages stock quality assurance, ordering, purchasing and keeping the store integrated with most updated goods.
• Night Shift In-charge; Cashier, Cleaning Coffee Machine etc., Follow ups Breakfast set-up of Restaurant, Setting breakfast buffet.
• Supports other Restaurant Internal or Other Property, Staff Assistances.
• Assist both Captain and Supervisor. Filling Documentation such as: Comments Card, Tags, and Staff Profile.
Room 526 International Club - is a gentleman's club one of the famous club in the Philippines, I was a Supervisor who responsible for checking all staff performance and focusing to give 100% Satisfaction in Costumer Service.
