Responsible for developing overall vision and detailed models that underlie the projected solutions and transform that vision and detailed models through the organization of development effort on large-scale technology engagements into solutions. As a solution architect in ARCOM I’m responsible for leading the creation and evolution of the solutions enterprise architectures including developing and integrating different IT disciplines like enterprise business, information, technical, security, infrastructure architectures and by providing end-to-end enterprise solution architecture visibility through technology portfolio rationalization and utilization as well as application of international standards, specifications and methods like CMMI, ITIL, TOGAF and CobiT.

Responsible for the overall and detailed solution business requirements models for education, ERP and security (digital signature) applications including designing business processes and business use case realization, interfaces and constraints and thus designing and defining the IT system requirements models by eliciting, understanding, analyzing, documenting and managing the requirements for the IT systems using modeling languages like BPMN and UML, and software tools like IBM Rational RequisitePro and Microsoft Visio. This was beside by Role as IT project manager where I was responsible for planning, executing and delivery of IT project results and products for small and large scale IT projects. I was responsible for tracking projects progresses using Microsoft Project, clearly evaluating actual status against plan, and prioritizing and initiating corrective actions as required. Techniques I was using during this period as IT project manager are Earned Value Management (EVM) and Resource Leveling (RL).

Responsible for assisting customers in making informed decisions requiring Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system investments by preparing ERP solution proposals based on customer requirements, conducting the ERP product demonstrations, creating Proof of Concept projects and finally developing the customer business case and marketing materials for the lead. I was responsible for understanding what the customer needs, developing initial views of the ERP solution the customer needs, then tailoring the product to meet what the customer needs, explaining the solution to the customer in terms of full case study, help sales team close the deal and often stay-on to ensure that the implementation team provide the intended solution.
