Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Achieve customer satisfaction, through achieving the highest standards of delivery performance, also effective documentation and invoicing.
Follow- up after sale to assure customer satisfaction on prod quality, and delivery.
Raise, register and process invoices for sales orders.
Handle customer related issues in consultation with the Sales manager and assist with the process of sample/ new product development and dispatch, also coordinating between quality and customers in terms of customer complaints.
