Key Responsibilities and achievements
• Assists with recruitment and interview process
• Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager
• Employee personal file management
• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Maintain and monitoring discipline of team members
• Leave management
• Renewal and acquisition of expatriates’ visa
• Administration and Transport
• Coordinate overall security plan of the resort with the service provider and Police as well as improving its standard up to the desired level of hospitality management.
• Advise Hotel management on any situation where security is essential.

I have followed advanced certificate course in Geographical Information System (GIS) for two monts.
completed a Diploma in computer aided graphic designing ( Desk Top Publishing) with outsanding results succesfully. Worked in domestic companies of advertising and printing. Course contents were application computer softwares of Corel Draw, Photo Shop, Pagemaker, Photo Paint and printing techiques.
Attended for Defence studies relevent to become a Commission Officer of the Sri Lanka Army.
