Monitoring and recording of HSE management throughout all daily operations including the implementation of HSE management system requirements. 1. Establishment of the documentation requirements in compliance to the standards ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Series.
2. Conduct seminars and classroom training programs suitable for the training needs of an employee in regards to the Integrated Management Systems activities and certification.
3. Conducting hazard analysis, risk assessment and determining and implementing the necessary controls to mitigate its effect. This also includes environmental aspect identification and impact assessment pertaining to each process
4. Maintenance of workplace, machinery and equipment, the need to established work methods, which are as safe and without risk to health as is reasonably practicable.
5. Establishing and maintaining procedure for safe work place, safe working act safe installation of machineries and safe operating procedures
6. In order to promote the positive health and safety culture plan for Hazard identification, Risk control, Risk reduction, Risk Assessment, prepare for emergency response and program for information, instruction and training.
7. Must ensure that, so far as is reasonably practicable, the chemical, physical, and biological substance and agents are safe without any risk to health.
1. To provide adequate supervision of work, of work practices and of application and use of occupational safety and health measures.
2. Conducting hazard analysis, risk assessment and determining and implementing the necessary controls to mitigate its effect. This also includes environmental aspect identification and impact assessment pertaining to each process
3. Provide necessary instruction and training, taking in account of the function and capacities of different categories of workers.
4. Provide measure to deal with emergencies and accidents, including first aid arrangement.
5. Ensure that workers especially on dangerous work have the necessary training and experience to carry out the work safely.
6. Analyze the accident investigation to find the immediate, underlying, and root cause by considering human error, contributory factor, job factor, human factor, and organizational factor.
7. Conducting training to seniors and juniors level regarding safety, health & environment.
8. Conducting safety induction program for new workers / staffs.
9. Carrying out regular tool box talks with workers.
