Project Scope
1. Engineering: Civil Structural & Architectural Works; Electrical design drawings, Engineering for Telemetry & MR for all Equipment
2. Procurement: Procurement of 132kV Switchgear, Power Transformers, Power & Control Cables, and all other Electrical Equipment.
3. Construction: Substation Building Construction; Electrical Equipment Installation; Cable Laying works; Telemetry Works & Testing And Commissioning.
Responsibilities
1. Preparation of Project Schedule based on the Scope of Work and contractual requirements.
2. Manpower loading to the schedule and preparation of Manpower and Equipment Histograms.
3. Preparation of PMS with weekly Plan and actual for each activity.
4. Preparation of Project "S" curves based on approved weight percentage/man hour.
5. Preparation of 3 weeks Look ahead schedule in level 5 extracted from P6
6. Preparation of monthly and weekly meeting reports.
7. Updating Schedules on a weekly basis
8. Consolidating daily reports from all sites.
9. Updating Cash flows monthly.
10. Preparation of presentation for all monthly review meetings
11. Preparation of Revised/ Recovery Plans when required.
12. Invoicing and Approval of the same with PMC engineers.
➢ Replacement of Old and Inadequate Flood lights tower at MAA (KNPC)

Project Scope
1. Replacement of 98 numbers of existing Flood Light Towers of old Refinery Tankage and Offsite areas of Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery (MAA) of KNPC with 164 numbers of New Flood Light Towers at new locations. Scope includes site survey, detailed design engineering, procurement, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, provide all deliverables and handover of fully operable Flood Light System
Responsibilities
1. Preparation of Schedule based on the Scope of Work and contractual requirements.
2. Manpower loading to the schedule and preparation of Manpower and Equipment Histograms.
3. Preparation of Project "S" curves based on approved weight percentage/man hour.
4. Preparation of Monthly and Weekly reports.
5. Preparing mitigation plans for delayed activities.
6. Prepare monthly invoicing based on the progress.
➢ Integrated Security Systems for All KOC Facilities

Project Scope
1. Works comprising detailed design (Electrical & Access Control), construction, installation, pre-commissioning, training of Company personnel, commissioning and performance testing for the entire KOC facilities.
2. The works comprise 96 sites allocated into 19 Portions, with interconnecting fibre-optic cable networks and integrated sub-systems for intruder detection, CCTV surveillance, access control, digital recording, intercommunication and security management system.
3. Services comprising of corrective maintenance, routine preventative maintenance and operational/technical support engineers.
Responsibilities
1. Coordination with Project support team for project expense
2. Cost monitoring and preparation of monthly expense report.
3. Recording & Processing data from Invoices and Purchase Orders
4. Coordination with the vehicle department for company owned and rental vehicles/equipment
5. Preparation of cost forecasts and revision of budget whenever there is contract variation

1. Preparation of Contracts and Contract Requests (CR) for Maintenance, Support & Reliability Team in KOC

4. Maintaining, updating and managing Project amendments.
5. Managing on-line clarifications of Contractors and bidders.
6. Monitoring the work progress and completion of Projects.

Trainee Electrical Engineer
➢ Kerala State Electricity Board, India (66kV S/s)
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with engineers and other field personnel to provide switching orders.
2. Monitoring and operation of equipment that regulates & distributes electricity.
3. Recording and compiling operational data, such as meter reading on a daily basis.
4. Prepare switching orders to isolate work areas prior to any maintenance.
5. Periodic equipment inspection/ maintenance for any defects.
6. Plan and coordinate with other substations regarding status of circuits and connections.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP System): IFS (Industrial & Financial Systems) Software: IFS one of the ERP management software used to integrate different departments like Projects, Procurement, Finance, HR and their process.
