*) The Acıbadem Healthcare Group is a Turkish healthcare institution, operating with 22.000 employees. Comprising 21
hospitals and 16 medical centers, Acıbadem has become the world’s second-largest Healthcare Chain with this agreement
under the auspices of IHH Healthcare Berhad. Operating in all around Turkey, Sofia (Bulgaria), Amsterdam (Netherlands),
Skopje (Macedonia).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage an inventory (2000+ active network equipment) worth of 3 Mio USD, including growth, maintenance, and
upgrading in line with company requirements.
• Manage ISP relationships regarding data and voice capabilities, budget management, and procurement process
management.
• Manage whole network design processes.
• Manage ICT needs like low voltage cabling in newly built hospitals such as IPTV, CCTV, WLAN designs, etc.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Led the Project management process in LAN, WAN, WLAN, Internet, Telephony infrastructure design, and setup
involving vendors, 3rd parties for the following establishments.

• Established the new International Medical Center in the Netherlands - Amsterdam in 2017
• Built the new main data center in Tokuda Hospital and connected it to other hospitals after the acquisition of City Clinic
in Bulgaria - Sofia in 2016 and 2017.
• Performed network and infrastructure consultancy at FMC (Faruk Medical Center) to be operating in Iraq - Suleymani in 2013.
• Provided Network and security consultancy at PAR Hospital operating in Iraq - Erbil in 2012.
• Designed the establishment of a new MPLS infrastructure that works with fully BGP with 3 different ISP.
• Established the new Call Center infrastructure with Avaya Networks.
• Centralized the voice infrastructure by connecting 30 PBX (Siemens 4k and 3k) systems and more than 10k IPT to a centralized soft switch Siemens OpenScape.
• Implemented a centralized hotspot service across all of the hospitals.
• Replaced the main DC backbones with Cisco N9508
• Established the new Video Conferencing Infrastructure with Cisco and integrated with Skype for Business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the Turkey operations and field activities of Unisys, a global partner of Koc Sistem.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Joined the multinational financial corporations, banks, and other firms to the British Telecom MPLS network (i.e. Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, Novartis, BASF, etc.), installation of network equipment, maintenance, and support, in the scope of British Telecom’s “Reuters Keystone” and BAU (Business as Usual) projects.
• Led the installation of circa 600 Cisco network equipment (Routers, switches, etc.) within 3 years for British Telecom.
• Executed the installation of Unisys customers located in Turkey, project management, and active field operations regarding problems solution.
• Successfully delivered a project in “Havilog”, a logistics partner of McDonald’s Turkey in the scope of the “LAN Rearrangement”.
• Managed the execution of the field operations regarding the solution of network problems in Koc Holding Corporations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Online monitoring and problem solving of the largest private data network in Turkey.
• Establishment of new installations, patch management, and replacements of the Superonline network infrastructure.
• Management of ISP relations while in outages.
• Preparation of performance reports for network environments. (Cisco 7500, 7200 and 3600 series Routers, Catalyst 6500, 5500 and 2900 Series Switches)
• Installment of Superonline’s corporate customers VOIP environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish and manage the infrastructure of the Call Centre.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Established the first Call Center in Turkey. ( 444 0 444 )
• Helped save circa 1 Mio USD with the first VOIP Project in the company. (Cisco and Ericsson MD110)
• Managed the calls diverted from all locations in Turkey via 7 different POP points.
• Accomplished successfully ACD, CTI, and IVR infrastructures in the bank.
• Established the call record infrastructure RACAL (aka NICE) of all call center and execute backup operations.
