I am a Bachelor degree in Commerce with Diploma in Computer Programming and Applications and also done many certificate courses of MCSE, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft VMM, Etc., with more than 20 years of experience in information technology field specialized in Hospitality business from technology companies, Hotels management and Owners perspective.

Achievements:
2013 - Led the IT Renovation Project worth $3.5M for the 35 years old InterContinental AlJubail Hotel. Hotel has now the latest IT Infrastructure running all applications and services on IP based with Wired & Wireless Networks, IPTV, IP Surveillance, IP Telephony, Etc, .
Deployed IHGConnect successfully in 2 properties at SBS Khobar and at the base property of IC AlJubail.
2018 - Proud to be part of the smooth & successful opening of Staybridge Suites AlKhobar pre-opening Team as Technology Leader. Hotel has 189 Keys all Suites Property with 400+ Physical rooms. The Hotel won the 2018 Best Opening Hotel Award for AMEA Region.
2019 - Project Management of full replacement of Wired and Wireless Network Infrastructure worth $750K, replacing the Cisco Classic with Cisco Meraki Cloud Solution. Supporting the IHG Corporate Quality360 Strategic Priority Standards of implementing IHGConnect Programme succesfully.
InterContinental AlJubail achieved Hotel TechReady Metrics for the consecutive years of 2018 & 2019.
2019-2020 - Project Management to replace new Hotel GRMS from Honeywell INNCOM worth approximately $1.1M that allows the property to proactively manage the environment to ensure the most satisfying in-room experience for Hotel Guests. The new technology helps the Hotel save 35% in utility expenses annually.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conducts research in the area of new technology to meet the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure requirements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the IT Infrastructure.
• Manages Hotel Network architecture and functionality.
• Manages and maintains Microsoft AD, Group Security Policies, SharePoint, Hyper-V, SCCM, SCOM, Exchange and other System Servers
• Evaluates and implements new technologies, policies and procedures for business network operations.
• Prepares technical design and procedural documentation using Microsoft application software such as Word, Excel, Visio and Power point.
• Evaluates and implements new technologies, policies and procedures for business operations.
• Ensures timely updates/maintenance of the system software.
• Ensures that information services support is available 24x7.
• Provides support for the all implementations related to Hotel Eco Systems (PMS. POS, Finance and other Management System, Microsoft applications, etc.
• Analyses current, future business needs and lead the project feasibility study with respect to Hotel Technology requirements
• Oversees and monitors the operations of all computer hardware; ensures the Computer hardware is installed & operating properly.
• Serves as primary contact for all servicing of computer hardware

• Ensures that all systems are covered by proper maintenance contracts

JOB RESPONSIBIITIES:
Installation of Windows NT 4.0, configure the environment, create and administer user and group accounts, troubleshoot logon problems, plan and manage resource sharing, set up and administer permissions for files and folders, set up, administer, and troubleshoot a printing environment, monitor resources to obtain key information about network and computer resources, Diagnose and resolve problems using Windows NT troubleshooting tools. Other responsibilities are to carry out Operation and Maintenance of Govt. Royal Palaces & Buildings through computerized interactive system. Administer, maintain remote/standalone client server for Abha & Jeddah area, transfer data through modem connection to the regional & head offices for the evaluation & merging database for their respective main servers. The routine duties are to make yearly planning and generate W.O’s, print requisite weekly, monthly & yearly schedules/reports and distribute to all technical and general services, maintain the software developed and modify reports/listings as per request from the Tech. Dept., and make scheduled backups.
. The job involves in designing & developing customized software packages. Coding, Debugging, Implementation and Maintenance of application software’s. Modify existing packages and change them according to the users requirement. Documentation and train the client for the software developed.
