• Account management - Manage end-to-end client relationships including customer service, negotiation, and invoicing, of leads from inbound & outbound channels across all regions including NAM, APAC, Europe & others.

• Facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams (product team, research team, marketing team, finance team) to create strong business proposal which aligns clients’ requirements.
• Maintaining sales records and documentation of proposal templates to update and improve content based on feedback from the clients.
• Communicating with internal stake holders and management to brainstorm ideas to increase efficiency.
