Responsibilities and activities:
• Understanding Plant Machinery and Vehicle (PMV) related requirements and creating technical specifications for each product for supply database.
• Sourcing Undercarriage spare parts, Engine spare parts and Lubricants for Crawler crane, Mobile crane, Excavators and Drilling rigs.
• Sourcing spare parts for Concrete pump, Tower light, Air Compressor and Generator.
• Sourcing PPE, Consumables and Lifting accessories (Wire rope sling, Wire rope, Lifting belt) for plant and sites.
• Sourcing Hydraulic & Concrete hose, Pumps, MS pipe, GI pipe, Welding machine, Bar cutter, Battery, Tyres and Tools.
• Arrange inspection and certificates through third-party inspection companies for machineries and equipments.
• Involving in the entire Procure to Pay (P2P) & Source to Pay (S2P) process.
• Managing inventory levels to maintain safety stock, replenishing stock as needed and to minimize surplus stock.
• Forecasting demand for goods and services to ensure timely procurement.
• Ensuring the items or services obtained for the company are high quality and fall within the budget requirements.
• Developing company policies related to purchasing and to provide guidelines for purchasing staff to follow.
• Propose improvements to the current purchasing system that will improve vendor relationships and lower the cost of doing business.
• Conduct market research to know the best products and services in terms of value, quality and delivery schedule.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to plan the procurement activities.
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on data management best practices and tools.
• Tracking Key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement performance, such as procurement cycle time, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors.
• Preparing monthly reports on procurement activities including spending analysis and savings achieved for management review.
• Handling petty cash and preparing petty cash statement.
• Preparing repair logs and service expenses for each company asset deployed on project.

Responsibilities and activities:
• Responsible for complete Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse related activities.
• Floating enquries, getting quotes, cost comparison, negotiation & finalizing the purchase orders in ERP.
• Ensuring equipment selection meets contractual, HSE and operational requirements.
• Involving in the entire Procure to Pay (P2P) process.
• Involved in sourcing products like Interlock pavers, gypsum board, building materials, adhesives, abrasives, power tools, excavators etc.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Plan and allocate resources, including manpower and machinery, to meet production schedules.
• Controlling purchase activities and maintaining inventory levels to ensure continual production with minimum stock level of materials.
• Examining the supply chain process accurately as per the local and International regulations.
• Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance in database.
• Contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices and payment terms.
• Preparing budgets, cost analysis and reports.
• Supervising a team of project coordinators and supporting the project operations.
• Resolving problems associated with transportation, import and export, customer problems and logistics systems.
• Monitor the movement of goods to minimize lead times and reduce transport costs.
• Monitoring the package and labels of products accurately.
• Supervising the orders and make adjustments to keep the stock levels sufficient.
• Identifying shipping methods and routes for products to be shipped.
• Developing and implementing policies, safety procedures and risk management plans.
• Preparing and presenting reports to the logistics department and management.
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.

Responsibilities and activities:
• Collecting quotations from the suppliers.
• Preparing cost comparison chart and submitting it to the manager for approval.
• Preparing Purchase Order / Goods received in ERP.
• Following the given SOP of procurement department.
• Negotiates with contractors on price, mode of shipping and delivery time.
• Involving in the entire Procure to Pay (P2P) process.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Controlling the purchasing budget and prepare monthly purchase report.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times and product ranges.
• Ensuring proper selection and evaluation of suppliers as per related quality procedures
• Handle petty cash, preparing petty cash statement and payment vouchers.
• Conduct follow-up calls and send reminder emails to all pending works.
• Perform other jobs as requested by the Manager from time to time.
• Contributes with ideas to implement cost saving opportunities.
• Involved in sourcing materials like PPE products, HD Tools & Equipments, ESD products, Paints, HD Cleaners and Degreasers for Oil & Gas sectors.
• Perform monthly ageing analysis and manage return to vendor (RTV) processes to address ageing stock.

Responsibilities and activities:
• Checking of documentation for the ALH Gear box such as MGB, AGB, IGB & TGB.
• Assisting in the inspection of Gear box and its components during servicing.
• Assisting the line maintenance manager for preparing documentation related to works.
• Preparing QC documents and keeping records for database.
• Entering the received spare parts in the ERP.
• Maintaining records of daily material issues.
• Updating and submitting the stock level to the warehouse manager.
• Organizing and reloading the stocks in warehouse.
• Labelling the part number of spare parts for easy identification.
• To record all the major checks carried out and update the system.
• Assisting in Preparation of Hangar Visit Plan for maintenance check.

Responsibilities and activities:
• Assisting in Procure consumable, rotable, expendable items required to perform work and maintaining the list using RAMCO system software.
• Assisting in Preparation and updating of Forecasting chart of Expendables and Components.
• Assisted in procurement of aircraft components and materials.
• Responsible for initial screening of incoming work orders, identification of scope, and analysis of required level of planning.
• Assisting in the preparation of Hangar Visit Plan and Final Work Load for Phase Checks.
• Assisting in the Preparation of work package for major checks of the aircraft.
• Assisting to maintain the records of flight hours and flight cycles of all aircrafts in our fleet.
• Involving in the process of Updating Activity Chart.
• Assisting in the Updating of proposed Work Load daily.
• Preparation and updating of Forecasting chart of Expendables and Components.
• Estimates required hours on work order tasks, total work order duration, and skills required to perform the task.
• Involved in the activites like call out preparation, inspection and documentation in Technical section, Log book section, Snag sheet section and Major spare parts section of various aircrafts such as Boeing 747-400, Boeing 777-200 LR/300 ER, and Boeing 787-8.
• Updating maintenance check data base in ERP Software (RAMCO Aviation Solutions)
