Education Fund for Sindh (Pilot project funded by DIFID, partnered more than 600 schools and enrolled approximately 83, 000
• Responsible for the overall implementation and monitoring of the Education Voucher Scheme in 13 Union Councils of Karachi
• Interviewed and participated in hiring process of field team members
• Managed field team through joint field visits and performance based management
• Managed and monitor the proper disbursement of education voucher among 1200+ beneficiaries in 95 partner schools
• Facilitated the internal as well as external monitoring and evaluation process in the designated Union Councils
• Transcription of field data including Parents interviews, community discussions for quality assessment.
• Monitored the implementation of the EFS Early Grade Assessment (EGA) system.
• Leaded periodic assessments, appraisals of Field Staff, surveys team, exit interviews, beneficiary feedback to ensure project progression across specified timelines, and quality of education.
• Worked on EMIS data collection in coordination with surveys teams and also worked on assessments of EVS enrolled Child data.
• Supported school development on the basis of School Report Card (SRC) grading
• Headed one year project on social mobilization of education funded by PPAF in rural areas of Karachi (Bin Qasim & Kemari Town)
• Support project managers to ensure that program implementation
• Monitored the project plans and expenditures on monthly basis in order to ensure the project remain financially on-track
• Make necessary reports to share among the Project team members
• Conducted applicant pre-screening and interviewed qualified candidates for relevant job positions.
• Maintained contact network for qualified candidate recognition and sourcing.
• Designed job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirement
• Procurement of equipment and services required for the Project activities.
• Coordination and logistic arrangement including meeting appointments, preparation of meetings, workshops, drafting letters and so on.
• Headed three year project on Adult Literacy (NFE) of women funded by USAID in marginalized urban areas of Karachi
• Assisted program coordinator in planning, developing and forwarding plans to head office before implementing strategy for operational management and development
• Organized and conducted in - service teachers training sessions on Child Centered Teaching Methodology & Adult literacy
• Designed and conducted, content for in-service training of teachers and activities for Basic Education Program & Adult Literacy
