• Responsible for the overall implementation and monitoring of the Education Voucher Scheme in 13 Union Councils of Karachi
• Interviewed and participated in hiring process of field team members
• Managed field team through joint field visits and performance based management
• Managed and monitor the proper disbursement of education voucher among 1200+ beneficiaries in 95 partner schools
• Facilitated the internal as well as external monitoring and evaluation process in the designated Union Councils
• Transcription of field data including Parents interviews, community discussions for quality assessment.
• Monitored the implementation of the EFS Early Grade Assessment (EGA) system.
• Leaded periodic assessments, appraisals of Field Staff, surveys team, exit interviews, beneficiary feedback to ensure project progression across specified timelines, and quality of education.
• Worked on EMIS data collection in coordination with surveys teams and also worked on assessments of EVS enrolled Child data.
• Supported school development on the basis of School Report Card (SRC) grading
