carry out
computational modelling of metabolism and other organisms studied in the lab,
developing metabolic models and carrying analysis of the metabolites,
biochemical reactions, and genes in the organisms for the application of Biofuel
from biomass and other medical and environmental issues, wet-lab experiments
such as testing model generated metabolic hypotheses, phenotype microarray
experiments, and measuring growth rates of different strains under different
conditions,
• Delivering experimental and computer Laboratory Sessions.
• Guiding the students to write technical reports for their experiments
• Grading Assignments, quizzes, and projects
• Conducting tutorial sessions
