• Responsible for product management of ALAC franchise battery brands. Management of product life cycle & support in overall strategy to achieve product management goals.**()
• Product planning to ensure optimum stock level for all ALAC sales channel & Tier 1 retail outlets as per sales trend, budget, demand & changing market needs.
• Work with S&OP to improve stock & range availability as per requirement. Collate loss sale data for improving availability which in turn may increase company revenue.
• Liaison with Principal for product related matters, negotiations - Vendor management.
• Collate competitor prices, activities and market trends for analysis which is further discussed with vendor for negotiations, strategic planning or support internal decision.
• Introduction of new brand as per business requirement or scenario (Currently working on new brands for different sales channel as 1 major brand will phase out this year).
• Comply new brand onboarding requirement from strategy, quality & commercial aspect to ensure all requirements from company & UAE regulation are fulfilled.
• Support sales channels on battery USP, technical, POS and any other information required. Also support occasionally to identify different parts on EPC for our brands.
• Job profile includes validation transactions that impact the NAV and delivering the same to client.
• Validation of prices with Bloomberg and FTS.
• Checking of Capital events for high price movers.
• Checking of new trades impacting the Net Asset Value of the fund.
• Validation of cash recon trades with the custody, (Two way reconciliation.)
• Validation of the trades and processing activity which are impacting the NAV
• Validating corporate actions, verifying security pricing, performing cash and security position &Reconciliations.
• Validation of Div and interest as per custody, Bloomberg and other sources.
• Liaising with client to get the information related with process
• Training new team members on process related work.
• Archiving of Packs for Audit reference.
• Collating Daily, Weekly and Monthly data for MIS
• Preparation for LAT every month and updating then same when required
• Maintaining Joiners and leaver’s data and completing formalities related to their access.
Indexing work items into proper work basket like maturity, Surrender, amendment, etc.
Collating data for Daily MIS.
Liaising with offshore team for any information required.
Cross trained to process claims, Maturities, surrender, amendment of insurance claims, contracts.
