Project Manager for the Epicor 10, 9 ERP Implementation for Eternal Global Group Companies.
Leading the integration plan of Epicor 10, 9 between group companies.
Build project plans by working with the process owners, consultants, infrastructure team, and business stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and detailed plan is established
Strong knowledge over different ERP Modules like Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management and HR Management which will help to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding.
Acts as a subject matter expert with respect to project management methodologies and tools and application on ERP Implementation.
Acting as a focal point of contact for the company ensuring the company’s expectations are managed pro-actively, diplomatically and constructively and that stakeholders are kept informed and aware of the project status throughout.
Responsible for the process execution ensuring each Legal Entities process or work-stream is being well managed and tracked within Scope, Budget, and Timeline perspectives
Planning, Organizing and coordinating meetings with the process owners, consultant and stakeholders for the all the phases of ERP Implementation.
Effectively manage requirements scope and disposition through process compliance and gap analysis
Reviewing the Project deliverables from the consultant and escalate when there is a deviation against an agreed upon Statement of Work (SOW).
Reviewing and giving feedback on behalf of management for the solution design & functional documents prepared by the consultant during the different phase of the ERP implementation
Responsible for measuring the quality of the project deliverables and outcome.
Responsible for planning Data migration & Data conversion strategies and executions from the legacy system.
Planning and Monitoring the Risk Mitigation plans and activities in case of any risk or issues during the Implementation stages.
Responsible for the SQL Server 2012 Database Administration, Maintenance, performance tuning and application performance enhancements after the ERP Implementation.
Responsible for setting user access, roles and privileges in the ERP after the ERP Implementation.
Responsible for MIS report creation & deployment for the stakeholder’s business analysis using SQL server Business Intelligence.
Architecting and implementing highly available servers, Network Infrastructure and storage solutions.
Responsible for conducting the Software and Hardware training, orientation for the end users and making sure trainer got well trained in the product by the Train the trainer approach.
Responsible for testing, Go Live activities and post production application support and review of business training materials and initiate improvements for this process.
Responsible for creating the measurable KPI Process in the System for the whole group.
Handling the stakeholders’ perception and expectation well at various levels of IT Infrastructure setups.
Dynamic member of the Management Steering Committee for making decisions about implementation matter.
Responsible for developing Customized applications for different departments across different organizations of the group.
Co-ordinating and managing all IT infrastructure and processes across the group.
Currently handling an IT team of 5 in UAE & India and reporting directly to Group IT Manager.
Key Deliverables.
Perform detailed analysis resulting in clear, concise and unambiguous requirements

Translate the business requirements into functional specifications and capture users’ interactions,
Uncover client requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as Data Flow Modeling and Object Modeling, Case Analysis, Work flow Analysis, etc
Gather client requirements through interviews and/or existing systems documentation or procedures
Ensure requirements are understood, agreed to and signed off at the appropriate stages in a project.
Provide detailed analysis of processes and workflows with suggestions for improvement.
Undertaken the Project Manager in understanding business requirements & functional specifications
Acted as a bridge between Clients and the software development team on various domains like Health Care, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Social Networking and Mobile Application development on different platforms like .Net, PHP, Ruby on Rails, Adobe Flash, Abdroid and iOS
Understand the functions provided by the current business systems. Understand users' business processes and use that knowledge to identify solutions. Understand and accommodate the requirement constraints imposed by current systems.

Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
Implement business models so as to create new ventures.
Forecast long and short-range market potential in the target market according to Management’s analysis.
Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programs.

Modifies or develops web based self-service applications & websites and builds web interfaces to the databases.
Design and implement software components such as reports, crystal reports, database packages and bilingual websites.
