-Responsible for managing and interacting with clients, initiate and sustain relationships with new and existing customers

• Obtained Air WayBills and B/L’s from the freight forwarders.
-Increasing the company press coverage or market recognition by attending exhibitions,
-Organizing and monitoring all operational process related to export-import and transportation operations,
-Taking full responsibility and ensure that all back office processes from customer order receipt to shipment receipt,
-Coordinate with customs brokers, insurers, banks and transporters, and keeping cost-reduction skills by negotiate with all parties on the import process, -Increasing the loyalty or satisfaction of existing or potential customers with having well communication
-Following and controlling the import and export operations,
-To request proforma from the suppliers,
-Making price comparisons ant calculating the cost of import,
-To support working on catalog brochure etc. that provided product promotion
