 Pakistan’s Largest Reverse Osmosis Plant producing 3, 25000USGPD of Demin Water (Dissolved Air Flotation, Multimedia Filters, Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO), Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO), Electro-deionization-Demin Water (EDI).
Assignments Performed At RO Plant:
 Unloading and Loading of Multi Media Filters (MMF).
 Cleaning of SWRO membranes and their preservations.
 Successfully overcoming the challenge of High TDS from SWRO membranes and passage of Turbimax from MMF.
 P-D Air Compressors- Double stage Double Acting.
 Handling troubleshooting in case of compressor tripping.
 Induced Draft Cooling Towers with a recirculation of 2130 m3/hr. and volume of 1000 m3.
 (42barg) 3 Water tube Boilers of 67 TPH flow.
 Ensure Safe start up, shutdown & smooth operation of all above units.
 Implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) Procedures.
 Preparation of checklists for safe start-up and shut down different equipment like Pumps compressor, turbines fin fan coolers etc.
