Maintaining employee records both manual and electronic document management system
•Processing and preparing all applications such as New appointment, probation period, confirmation of appointment, salary and experience certificates, penalization, sick leave, Gate Pass.etc
•Ensure Compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 (FSMS) for Quality and food safety Systems.
•Update database files using Microsoft Dynamics Axapta and Laserfiche records management system.
•Assist HR team leader to process payroll, Daily wages, Overtime, leave salary, indemnity settlement.
•Assist HR Manager for recruitment related process and follow up
•Assist HR Manager for recruiting staff - includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting CV, Screening and arranging interviews for candidates
•Coordinate with HR Representatives for timely dispatch of all necessary documentations such as visa, residence renewal, Local transfer, medical, finger, Insurance and other company related formalities.
•Analyzing employees performance evaluation and training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
Downloading and uploading thousands of data (Music videos, Picture galleries, Web Directories, Commercial Directory. etc.) for the high quality and growth of our website.
•Taking all the responsibilities of all data encoder
•Do other tasks as assigned by the IT Department.
