• Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
• Pick up and deliver the mail
• Uphold standard of excellence through a continuous commitment to maintain quality facilities and provide quality products and services to internal and external customer
• Ability to safely operate independently while adhering to all company SOPs and complying with all applicable Federal, State, and Corporate environmental, safety and health regulations
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Communicate compliance, safety, and equipment needs as personally identified.
• Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking.
• Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing print orders, and system troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.
